Boomklimmen is een ontspannen activiteit, geschikt voor jong & oud, er is weinig kracht voor nodig, wel enig lef en concentratie. Kun je door de knieën buigen en weer overeind gaan staan en je handen gebruiken, dan voldoe je aan de minimale eisen voor verantwoord boomklimmen.
